Klein Animal Clinic provides high-quality service and care for your pets utilizing the best medical technologies available. Our clinic is privately owned and receives no support from charitable organizations, or from the government. Due to this fact, payment is to be made at the time of service. This must be ensured for us to provide excellent care for your pets at the best value for you!

The following policies are mandatory.

If you are a new client to Klein Animal Clinic, we require a $50 deposit at the time of booking. This deposit is credited to your account and will be applied to your first visit. However, it will be forfeited if you miss your appointment.   

If you are an established client and have missed two appointments in a row,  we will require a $50 deposit before scheduling a third appointment.

We provide estimates for all surgeries and hospitalizations. If you have not received an estimate, you are welcome to request one at any time for your expected charges. Please contact our staff at 563.441.7560.

We require a $100.00 deposit upon scheduling surgery. This deposit is credited to your account and applied towards the cost of your pet's surgical procedure. It is non-refundable for missed surgeries or for those that cancel with less than 24 hours notice. 

ALL ROUTINE SERVICES MUST BE PAID FOR AT THE TIME OF SERVICE.
