For new clients, please arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time. This will insure we have the time to fill out the proper paperwork and information is ready for the doctor at the appointment time.
If you’re bringing in a new pet for the first time, please bring any records that you may have. We would also like for you to bring in a stool sample for testing as well.
For your protection, and that of others, all dogs must be on a leash and properly controlled while in the waiting area or exam rooms. Cats must be in an appropriate cat carrier or on a leash. Occasionally the doctor will offer drop-off appointments. A ‘drop off’ means you bring your pet in at the time that works best for you and leave them with us for treatment.
Usually we will ask you to drop off’ sometime in the morning so our doctors can examine the patient in between appointments or at the time purposely reserved for admitted patients. Once the doctor is finished, they will give you a call to go over the diagnosis and to give you discharge instructions.
Payments are due in full at the end of each appointment. We take all major credit cards, check and cash. Fee for all returned checks is $35.
If other payment arrangements need to be made, that needs to be approved with the Practice Manager or Dr. Hartmann prior to the appointment being completed.
